NEW FACES
Joining Healey & Associates in Portland and Auburn: Henry F. Bindbeutel of Portland, service representative in the retirement division, was previously with Allegiance Financial Inc.; Amy Thacker, pension team manager in the retirement division, was previously with Wells Fargo in Minnesota.
Stephen C. Jordan of Gorham has joined the Portland office of Drummond Woodsum as a lawyer in the business services group. Jordan is also a published artist and author.
Anne Birgel has joined the Portland office of Verrill Dana LLP as an associate in the labor and employment law department. Birgel was previously an associate at The Bennett Law Firm.
At the Sanford branch of Maine Bank & Trust: Kimberly LaChance has been hired as assistant vice president and market manager and Bill West has returned to his position of assistant branch manager and commercial lender. LaChance was previously marketing manager at Ocean Communities Federal Credit Union in Biddeford. West has been with the branch for 10 years in several positions.
Lynna Langley has been named designated broker of record at Epic Realtors in Portland.
PROMOTIONS
J. Michael Pierce of Camden has been appointed a vice president of the Allen Agency. Pierce is chief operating officer of the Camden-based agencyŐs financial services division, the Allen Financial Group, which he joined in 1998.
At National Distributors Inc. in South Portland: Tom Caizzo, sales assistant in the non-alcohol division, has been with the company since 2005 and was previously in beer merchandising; Chad Young, wine salesperson, joined the company in 2001 and was previously a wine sales assistant; George Kittridge, sales assistant in the non-alcohol division, joined the company in 2006 in merchandising; Tom Bourgoin, beer merchandiser supervisor, joined the company in 2001 and was previously a beer sales assistant; Joe Salisbury, brand development representative, was formerly a salesperson in the non-alcohol division and has been with the company since 2004; Aaron Menard, wine sales assistant, has been with the company since 2003 and was previously a driver.
GENERAL
Michael Dufour of Hope has been elected to the board of directors of the Allen Agency based in Camden. Dufour has been employed in the companyŐs commercial lines department since 2002.
